  1. Hey there, sassypants! Look at you. All hip and design like. *sigh

    It's just cuz I'm jealous.

  2. When you come up with a shirt that has a Ninja Poodle ripping the still-beating heart out of a chihuahua, and laughing hysterically... I am so there.

  3. That is SO COOL. I have been thinking about getting some some stuff made and using them for contest prizes and such once I get my new look. I was gonna use a local vendor, but maybe this is the way to go...

As usual, you are way ahead of the curve!

  4. I like the laundry one.

Is Zazzle a free merchandise site like Cafepress?

  5. Yeah, it's very much like cafepress, but I like the product better, and that you have so much choice, and that the designs are "customizable" by the consumer. You could go in and change those, having different color text, shirts, whatever. After the Zazzle shirt I got from Sweetney held up to being put on a Shetland pony (don't ask) and then snapped back into shape, I was sold.

Mr. Fab--I have some original tooning being done for me (email me and maybe I'll share my source), and when those come out, I will use a local vendor. But in the meantime, this was an EASY way to go. Seriously. You can upload any image you have on your computer, and then you have a gazillion choices as far as text, front/back designs, ets. The down side would be that you only get like 17% of the money from them, BUT you're not having to make a big layout up front, predict sizes that will be needed, keep up with orders or ship, which I know from my soaping business to be my weak point.

  6. Oh, and there will be no ripping out of Chihuahua hearts. Really, Dave2. I'm seeing some therapy in your future.

  7. I never thought of putting my blog header on a shirt-great idea! I just don't know if I have the creativity to go through with it. I've had this t-shirt saying in my head for a while now, maybe I should just go for it.

  8. Very cool! I knew about Cafe Press, but not this site. Love your designs. My favorite is the "Who's Got Your Back."

  9. Very cool. I like the laundry one.

  10. I cracked up when I saw the "ladies casual nightie"

  11. No, no, no. Give some more thought to Dave2's idea, Belinda. I think that shoud be every Ninja Poodle's goal--to rip out Chihuahua hearts.

In other matters, I really like that you have a doublesided t-shirt, Belinda. I like it much better when there's stuff on both sides--and that's a great saying too. "Got your back"

  12. Ninja Poodles totally have my back, right? I need them.

  13. I can't wait to see in July...for I will hug you oodles and oodles and ooooooodles for your post over at that other site. I just finished reading, and you...my blog friend, are one of those wonderful, Christians that I adore and respect.

    Rock on Mamma.

  14. I can speak to the quality of Zazzle. I got my order fast and the shirt rocks. I'm allowing myself one order a month though. (I have a t-shirt fetish)

I gotta say, the Beastie Boys reference in the title - love it.

  15. Chantal, what about the Soul II Soul reference in the previous post? I am so OLD.

When I ordered my Sweetney shirt from Zazzle, I got the deluxe one, so I'm not sure how the "basic" tees are.

Queen--don't go to "Dani's" site. You will pull your hair and teeth out. It made me actually, literally sick--I got a sick feeling in my stomach. And the ninjas TOTALLY gotcher back.

Utenzi--you two daves need to reconcile your Chihuahua-related hostility.

But Judy--did you ORDER a ladies' casual nightie? I bet it's dead sexy.

Kim--I always think of that Seinfeld episode in which Newman says, "Because the mail never STOPS" to explain why mail carriers "go postal."

Jamie, I like Zazzle, and I think it gives you a bigger cut than cafepress. I think.

Elizabeth, do it! It takes about 5 minutes. Easy-peasy.

  16. I still think you need to change that header to a smaller file size image. I sent you an edited copy. Did you get it? It increases download time for your site on slower connections. On the Net you have to be concerned about all your users. Good idea for the shirts.

  17. Belinda, I walked around all day singing singing Soul II Soul thanks to that title. :)

"Make up your mind so I know where I staaand."

Someone asked how I got it in my head and I told them that after reading it, I even dreamt it last night.
